Meet the Team

Mrs Ula

Owner & Artistic Director

Ula’s diverse background in dance and love for the art began in Vilnius, Lithuania at the age of five, since which point she has spent more than four decades studying, practicing, performing, and teaching in Europe and US. Her experience spans early education at a local dance studio, professional study at the world-renowned Vaganova-method Vilnius National School of Art. After moving to Florida, Ula performed with local companies, taught at dance studios and pre-schools, choreographed and coached students for competition, staged classical ballet performances,  organized summer dance programs. In addition, she obtained her ABT National Training Curriculum certification. Now, Miss Ula’s hope is to inspire, ignite, and share the passion for the arts with dancers of all ages. She wishes to share the culture and heritage of classical ballet starting from the Little Swans and continue to expand the knowledge as they grow. 

Ms Dayana

Instructor

Born in Russia, Dayana started dancing at the age of 3 and has been training in classical dance and gymnastics all her life. She attended Balakirev School of Arts, followed by Moscow State University of Arts in Moscow, Russia. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Ballet Choreography in 2019. Her training is vast in Contemporary, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical, Folk and more. While studying, Dayana performed in various productions of “Nutcracker” and “Snow Queen” in Italy and Latvia, as well as, teaching Ballet and Folk master classes in Czech Republic and India. Dayana now resides in Orlando, Florida and is dancing with United Ballet Theatre. She is eager to share her knowledge with our dancing family at White Swan Academy. 

Ms Lily

Instructor

Lily started her dance training with the TJC Academy of Dance. While there, she trained in various forms of dance including  Ballet, Contemporary, Modern and Jazz. Lily was then accepted into the Orlando Ballet School at the age of 16. From there, she was given her apprenticeship contract with A&A ballet in Chicago. During her time with A&A Ballet she focused on her training in Vaganova ballet technique method until gaining her professional contract with Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida. She also trains in aerial silks, aerial strap and flying trapeze. Now, Lily enjoys her time teaching ballet and working with children. She is excited to be a part of the Swan Dance Family!

Ms Ashley

Instructor

Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Ashley began dancing ballet at the age of 3 with Miss Ula as her instructor. Formerly a dancer at both Elizabeth Parsons School of Dance and White Swan Academy, her passion for the art grew as she was introduced to new forms of dance. Dancing for 16 years, she portrayed the roles of the Sugar Plum Fairy, Clara, Snow Queen, and Blue Bird. Currently, she is a full time student at the University of Central Florida, continuing her dance education. She is excited to share her love of dancing as an instructor at White Swan Academy!

Ms Stephanie

Instructor

Stephanie started dancing at the age of six and hasn’t stopped yet. Growing up in Minnesota, she trained in a variety of styles including ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, kick, pom, and musical theatre. She danced competitively both with a studio and on her school dance team, and later trained at a pre-professional ballet studio. She then auditioned at Walt Disney World where she performed for five years, being selected to dance in multiple special events during her time there. Stephanie also has twenty years’ experience teaching and coaching dance. She has taught at studios, judged competitions, choreographed musicals,

and has started school dance team programs from the ground up. With a degree in Elementary Education, Stephanie spent thirteen years at Windermere Prep as a teacher and varsity dance team coach, where she started the lower school dance program and served as Dance Department Lead. She is excited to continue to share her love and passion for dance with the White Swan Family.

Ms Ellexis

Instructor

Ellexis Hatch was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and fell in love with dance at Movement Arts Studio. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Juilliard School, and supplemental training from LINES Ballet, Arts Umbrella and GagaLabs. In 2022, Ellexis joined the cast of Beauty and the Beast- Live on Stage in WDW. Most recently, Ellexis performed with GALLIM Dance Company for the 2023 Joyce Season. Ellexis feels honored to have been a selected choreographer for Lincoln Center Restart Stages and National Sawdust Festival. She is very thankful for her teachers who have guided her artistic journey and now is excited to share her burning passion for the art of dance with the Swan Family.

Ms Victoria

Instructor

Born in Myrtle Beach, SC, Victoria began dancing at her mother’s dance/gymnastics studio at the age of 2 and was trained in all forms of dance growing up. 

She was Jr. Miss Dance, Teen Miss Dance and Miss Dance of South Carolina and began her professional career shortly thereafter in live shows in Myrtle Beach, National Tours including Summer of 66, Legends in Concert, Carnival of Wonders as a Lead Dancer/Magicians Assistant performing alongside Tigers and Leopards, performing and singing in shows in Las Vegas and Reno as well as many more cities!  She has been featured in music videos/television on MTV, CMT, WB, E! and Spike TV and recently danced with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on NBC. 

She loves teaching dancers of all ages and is looking forward to the upcoming 2022-2023 season!
